As the Sales Manager,
you will play a vital role in leading our sales team with a key focus in revenue
growth and customer acquisition. You

record of driving sales growth, maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans

1. You will be in charge of
managing and coordinating
activities & operations of the sales executives team working in different areas of Kenya,
namely; Nairobi, Rift valley, Western;
Nyanza, Eastern; Makueni,
Machakos, Kajiado and Central(Mt Kenya)..across all counties

2. You will set individual & team goals, track performance, analyze sales reports, reallocate targets as necessary, and document team performance.

3. Managing
recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.

4. Ensure timely and data-driven reporting, conveying product
journey on an agreed timeline.

5. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching
and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

6. Responsible for ensuring
high morale and motivation of the sales team.

7. Preparing sales reports with critical targets,
trends, and highlights on a timely basis,
and analyzing data to improve
sales approach across the funnel.

8. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the
company's customer base and ensures
its strong presence.

9. Develop and
implement strategies for your team and ensure that sales operations are carried out efficiently.

10. Build a sales roadmap,
including new markets identification
while being fully aware of new products
and competition status.

11. Work together
with the sales team to develop and market struggling SKUs; creatively come up with innovative cross-selling and
promotional strategies for slow-moving SKUs, using market insights to create effective
plans for boosting
the performance of these SKUs in
the market.

12. You will be responsible for implementing creative
solutions to improve
sales performance and increase market
share.
